The only legal source for purchasing weed in Manitoba is the LGCA – or Liquor, Gaming, and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba. You can buy it online or in-store and even have it delivered by courier.
If you want to legally sell weed as a retailer, you’ll have to go through an application process through the government to become a licensed store.
This process isn’t easy and it is extremely competitive.

Each transaction you make can be 30 grams or less, so this means in public you can’t have more than about an ounce on you.
These limits don’t apply to how much you can have in your home though.
